I booked through Incrediblefoodandfun because I figured a dairy allergy would be a basic thing to handle, especially since I put it in the notes ahead of time. But when we got there, I still had to ask more than once about what was actually safe, and honestly… make it make sense.
The staff were polite enough, but no one seemed fully confident, which is not the vibe you want when it comes to allergies. The food itself was just okay, but the stress kind of ruined it for me. If you don’t have any dietary restrictions, you’d probably be fine, but I wouldn’t book again for anyone with an allergy...

The reservation process was really kinda confusing. I was able to get through it, but it could definitely be clearer and easier to follow

Overall, I had a decent experience, but I do wish the pricing had been a little more upfront. A few costs weren’t totally clear until later, which was kind of frustrating. It wasn’t bad by any means, but if you’re planning to book, I’d recommend asking for a full breakdown ahead of time so you know exactly what to expect.

The food itself was okay, like not terrible or anything, but the order was wrong, and that’s the part that really bothered me. I asked for no onions and there were onions in it anyway. I hate having to pick stuff out when I already asked for it to be left off.

I checked the receipt because I thought maybe I messed up when ordering, but nope, it showed no onions and the side I picked. The side was missing too, so it wasn’t just one little mistake. It’s just frustrating when the order is right on the receipt but wrong in the bag.

It’s not the worst food experience I’ve ever had, but wrong is wrong, and it gets annoying when you pay for everything and still don’t get everything. Maybe I’d try again if they got better about checking orders, but for now I’m not really in a rush to order again

I reached out to support about my issue and got one quick reply, but after that it just kind of went nowhere. It felt like they were in a hurry to move on, and my problem never actually got solved.

We showed up thinking it would be a fun night out, but we spent way too much of it just standing around waiting. The staff kept telling us it would only be a few more minutes, but that kept dragging on and on. The food was okay once it finally came out, but by then we were already frustrated. I don’t think we’ll be going back

I was really happy with how many different choices they had on the menu!! It wasn’t just the same usual stuff, which was such a nice change... Everyone in our group was able to find something they actually wanted, and the menu was super easy to look through too!! I’d definitely use them again, for sure!!!

We showed up thinking we’d grab a table, but nope. We waited what felt like an entire lifetime and still couldn’t get seated. At that point I was dramatic enough to consider aging ten years right there in the waiting area. Super frustrating experience

I didn’t feel like it was worth the money, haha. It just didn’t meet my expectations for the price.

I’m not sure if I just came in at a busy time or caught them on an off day, but the tables didn’t feel very clean. It kind of made the place feel less comfortable than it could have been.

Parking wasn’t awful or anything, so I don’t want to make it sound like it ruined the whole visit. We did have to circle around for a bit before finding a spot, but we eventually got one and it was fine.
I just think it would help if the signs were clearer or if there were more spaces nearby. The food and fun parts were good, but the parking added a little stress that didn’t really need to be there.

I was kind of confused by the entertainment, honestly. It started off okay, I guess, but then it got boring quickly and I kept wondering if something else was supposed to happen. Just didn’t really hold my attention.

I liked the food overall and it was definitely tasty, I just felt like it could’ve used a bit more seasoning because everything was good but kind of needed that extra kick to really stand out.

First impression, I was like, okay, this place actually makes sense. I went with my family and the layout was easy to figure out right away. Food, games, and seating were all simple to find without wandering around or stopping to ask someone every five minutes.

The only thing I noticed fast was that a few areas got tight once it started getting busy, especially around the arcade. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but you could definitely feel the crowd there more than in other spots.

Overall, I’d give it 4 stars. Good setup, easy to get around, and family-friendly, just wish there was a little more breathing room in the busier areas

A few of the games weren’t working, and a lot of the attractions just felt old and worn out. The kids still managed to have some fun, but for what we paid, it didn’t feel worth it. I also got the impression that nobody really read or cared about the message I sent, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

I redeemed my points for a prize and, to be fair, I wasn’t expecting it to show up that quickly. But it came with no issues at all, which was a nice surprise. Smooth experience overall...

I didn’t feel safe when I got there, so I decided to leave quickly. Maybe others have a different experience, but for me, if a place doesn’t feel right, it’s just common sense to trust your gut and go

we had a good time going here with the family. The kids had plenty to keep them busy, and the staff were friendly whenever we had questions. The food was decent too — nothing fancy, but it worked for us. It did get a little loud and crowded, so I’d give it 4 stars, but overall it was still a fun spot for a family day out

This place works well for me location-wise, which is the main reason I ended up going. It’s easy to get to, not one of those spots where you circle around wondering if the map is lying to you, and that counts for something.

Once I was there, though, it didn’t really leave a huge impression. Like, it was fine, and I can see myself stopping in again if I’m nearby anyway, maybe after errands or whatever. But if someone asked whether it’s worth a whole special trip, I’d probably say not really.
